Manny has worked in the financial industry for over 15 years and has held various positions at some of the largest Fortune 500 companies. He currently works as a Financial Planner and Educator, making complex ideas easier to understand for people from all walks of life. This is his passion.
He works to expand access to the financial planning profession, and enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with local organizations within the Greater Baltimore region.
Manny is an advisor for Kutztown University of Pennsylvania's Financial Planning Program degree program. He also supports low- and moderate-income families by providing pro-bono financial planning through the non-profit organization, C.A.S.H. Campaign of Maryland
As a member, he supports the Baltimore County Public School Board's Central Area Education Advisory Council, where he works as a liaison to the community to improve outcomes for over 110,000 students, the 25th largest school district in the nation.
Manny is a proud husband and father to two amazing daughters. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Sailing, and spending time with family.
He holds a Bachelor in Science and Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Finance.
He holds a Certified Financial Planning DesignationTM, FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 66, participates in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program, and is pursuing an Enrolled Agent designation.
Dr. Abbey-Robin Durkin is a accomplished consultant, making her mark as a principal thought leader and co-host of the popular podcast "Ask My Man Manny". With 18 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, Dr. Durkin has provided innovative solutions for executive teams, strategic decision-makers, military members, and civilian employees all around the globe.
Armed with a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Statistics and Research Methods, Dr. Durkin has a unique ability to translate complex human systems knowledge into relatable concepts that everyone can understand. Her expertise has been sought after in over 30 countries, where she has also served as a guest lecturer at prestigious institutions such as Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Uniformed Services University.
Prior to her successful career in the private sector, Dr. Durkin dedicated herself to serving her country for over 12 years as a military psychologist before transitioning to the intelligence community. Now retired from government service, she continues to make an impact as a Clinical Psychologist based in Tokyo, Japan. There, she provides much-needed support to military members, expats, and Japanese citizens alike.

Shannon is a highly skilled and experienced individual in the field of government contract management. With over 10 years of expertise, she has worked with various businesses ranging from small companies to large corporations. Shannon’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Law specializing in Government Procurement from George Washington Law School in Washington D.C., as well as a Bachelor's in Science and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
When she isn't collaborating with the Gamma team to review contracts, Shannon works as a principal contracts administrator for BAE Systems. In this role, she is responsible for negotiating, managing, and assessing contractual risk. Her diligence and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of the team, and her contributions are greatly appreciated.
Outside of her professional career, Shannon holds membership in the National Management Contracts Administration organization and serves as a Leader for Maryland's Girl Scouts of America. Additionally, Shannon expresses her passion for music by lending her voice to several musical groups.
Shannon's determination, professionalism, and organizational skills have made her an exceptional leader both inside and outside of the workplace. Kristerpher a seasoned and experience technologist and security engineer and large system builder has contributed his expertise to over 10 Fortune 50 companies in the last 20 years which includes time working with the US Government. Often referenced as an engineer who can overcome any challenge, Kristerpher’s experience with large data platforms and security systems has allowed him to face unique challenges and gain the technical knowledge to steer platforms safely and scale them to their highest potential.
Kristerpher’s background in technology started at an early age and continue through formal education and through community programs. In 2019 he founded the Code for Philly Tech Fellowship Program, an idea formed during support of hackathons at a community tech event in Philadelphia. While the logistics of programming and system building can be rigorous, Kristerpher has kept a mindful eye on the community and ensuring those around him prosper too.
While representing technology and security for Gamma Wealth Management, Kristerpher also is a Security Engineer and System Developer for a large tech firm. His continued focus on automation, and staying current and looking forward at tomorrows challenges keep Gamma Wealth Management tech safe and secure for our customers.
